In sessions I use a large selection of therapy grade tuned Tibetan&nbsp;bowls, 2 Gongs, Thunder, Sea and Buffalo&nbsp;drums, a large Crystal Pyramid and other cool instruments&nbsp;which direct different frequencies of sound waves through the room and body.
