As a Professional Licenced Counselor, Vicki Langemo has over 20 years of experience. She spent 17 years with the Lee Carlson Center for Mental Health and Well-being. As part of that job, Vicki worked with teens at Fridley High school and the alternative school. She then opened her own Private Practice, Counseling for a Better Life. As an expert in relaxation techniques, she produced a CD called Relax, Unwind & Sleep available on Itunes and Amazon.
