The priciest neighboorhood in Burlington, the 'hill' section known as Overlake Park that has some of the biggest mansions in the city, is now playing host to construction in one of the driveways to a 'tiny house' on wheels.

Neighbors accustomed to looking at flowering shrubs, green lawns and views of Lake Champlain are wondering why they are now looking at construction of a 'tiny house' being built on a flatbed trailer in the congested neighborhood.

'How can this be?' they are asking.

Speaking of rich, the big house behind the tiny house is assessed by the city at $1.03 million, which means its market value is roughly $1.75 million.
