2 New Tenants Lease Office Space At The Hartford In Clarendon: Report

ARLINGTON, VA — On Thursday, Reston-based developer Comstock Holding Companies signed two new offices leases at The Hartford building, located at 3101 Wilson Blvd. in Arlington.

Comstock Holdings leased about 11,000 square feet of office space at The Hartford, with Essential Minerals Association and International Business Initiatives. The office building is adjacent to Clarendon Station on Metro’s Orange and Silver Lines.

"[EMA] advocates for companies that mine or process minerals vital to manufacturing, energy, agriculture, infrastructure, transportation, and technology sectors," according to a Comstock release.

“The Essential Minerals Association is excited to have found a home at The Hartford,” said EMA President Chris Greissing, in a release. “This location provides us with close proximity to downtown D.C., allowing us to advocate the industry’s interests with the federal government and other stakeholders. We very much enjoyed working with the Comstock team throughout the process.”

IBI, a woman-owned small business consulting and training firm, specializes in providing economic development consulting services targeted at enhancing the quality of life.

Comstock is thrilled with The Hartford's two new tenants, according to COO Tim Steffan.

“Their addition enriches the property’s diverse portfolio of corporate tenants and reinforces The Hartford’s reputation as one of the most sought-after office destinations in Arlington," he said.
