Travel back in time and visit the oldest structure in Arlington, Virginia. See what life was like in the colonial era. Entering the c. 1750 farmhouse you'll be able to imagine what life was like when the family of five daughters made their clothes, cooked their food in this two-room home, and helped farm the land. This was no rich man's home but is a rare example of a middle-class house. Learn how the house was built, who lived there, and why it's a microcosm of Arlington's rich history from the colonial era to today. FREE. 1-4 pm Saturdays, now through October.
