FAIRFAX CITY, VA — Patch recently published a survey asking its readers to share their recommendations for the best places in Fairfax City to take a visitor to for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Twenty-eight Fairfax City foodies shared their favorite restaurants and recommendations for what to order. The response to our survey was so great that we've decided to split the results into several stories.
