Fairfax Chocolate Lovers Festival 2019: Schedule, Events, Parking

One of the region's more eclectic edibles events begins Friday. Get ready for anything and everything chocolate in the City of Fairfax.

FAIRFAX, VA — One of the region's more eclectic edibles events is almost here, and with it comes what to many folks is quite the delicious aroma. It's the 26th annual Chocolate Lovers Festival, Feb. 1-3, centered in the downtown area at various locations.

There's also chocolate beer, chocolate wine, hot chocolate, a wide variety of vendors with all things chocolate and much more. The two largest events, according to organizers, are the Chocolate Challenge and the Taste of Chocolate. Some events require a fee, and other events are free to all visitors.

Due to the nature of the Chocolate Lovers Festival, sanitary food conditions are of the highest priority. For this reason, and the comfort and safety of all participants, there are no animals allowed inside any event site, with the exception being certified service animals, as defined by the ADA.
