Fairfax City Restaurant Week 2018: Prices, Specials, Participants

Get you inner foodie prepared for Fairfax City Restaurant Week, with specials and a wide variety of offerings from the best kitchens.

FAIRFAX, VA— It's that time of the year again when it's much easier on the wallet to branch out and try restaurants that are new to you or simply stick with your preferred haunts but pay less than usual. Yep, it's Fairfax City Restaurant Week, March 4-10.

Participating restaurants will offer a $35 three-course dinner menu, a $20 three-course lunch/brunch menu, as wells as other dine-in specials. Organizers also are planning social media contests, government official “meet and greets,” local product features, Meet the Maker events, charitable giving, live entertainment, and drink pairings.

Another twist: diners are encouraged to join the conversation. When posting about Fairfax City Restaurant Week on social media, use #TakeABiteOfFairfaxCity. On Facebook, check out “Fairfax City Restaurant Week.”

The Fairfax City Economic Development Authority, in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce, has commissioned Fairfax City-based Fifth & Main PR, with Shamrock Solutions Group and Tam + Flo, to promote and facilitate the program. Information: 703-385-7851.
