Labor Day Car Show Monday in Fairfax

Hosted by the City of Fairfax and the Clifton Lions Club​, the show will include live music and food; admission is free.

FAIRFAX CITY — Dig classic cars? If so, then the place to be Monday is the free 2016 Labor Day Car Show from 8 a.m.-3 p.m.

It'll be held in the SunTrust bank parking lot at 4020 University Drive, and on University Drive between Armstrong Street and Sager Avenue. (University Drive will be closed from Armstrong Street to Sager Avenue from 6 a.m.- 4 p.m.)

And we're not talking cars, here — also on hand will be trucks and motorcycles.

Donations are accepted; proceeds benefit Northern Virginia Therapeutic Riding Program and Life With Cancer.
