Man Wanted In Culpeper Cited By Stafford Deputies On Drug Charges

A 35-year-old man wanted for probation violations in Culpeper was arrested Saturday night by Stafford County Sheriff's deputies.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Stafford County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 35-year-old Floyd Finkle IV on possession of suspected controlled substances on Saturday night. Finkle was wanted out of Culpeper on multiple counts of probation violations on a felony offense and failure to appear charges.

First Sergeant N. Zotos and Deputy C.R. Newman spotted Finkle behind the wheel of a Ford and conducted a traffic stop, according to a sheriff's office report. The deputies detained Finkle and a passenger in the car, identified as 26-year-old Rebecca Pullen of Stafford, without incident.

Finkle was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substances, possession of paraphernalia and driving while revoked. He was also served on the outstanding warrants from Culpeper. He was then taken to the Rappahannock Regional Jail, where he was held without bond.

Deputies arrested Pullen and charged her with possession of controlled substances and possession of paraphernalia. She was released by the magistrate on personal recognizance, according to SCSO.
