A 20-story condo building will replace a small office building on Old Reston Avenue.
RESTON, VA -- Another huge condominium complex will be rising high above Reston soon after the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors signed off on a new project.
The high-rise will be built at the current site of a three-story office building at 1801 Old Reston Avenue. The building will have 150 residential units and an underground parking garage.
The project, spearheaded by a firm called Renaissance Centro, will be "an infill multi-family project adjacent to Reston Town Center," according to their website.
