Massive New Building In Reston To Begin Construction Soon: Report

The $95 million building reportedly will be completed by early 2020.

RESTON, VA -- Comstock Cos. will begin construction on a huge 180,000-square-foot, $95 million building in its Reston Station development this spring, according to a report.

Washington Business Journal reports that construction on the building will begin in April and the plan is to complete the project by January 2020. It will be known as 1906 Reston Metro Plaza, and will be the second of three office towers that will be perched directly above the Wiehle-Reston East Metro station parking garage.

Comstock just completed a 365,000-square-foot office tower at Reston Station called 1900 Reston Metro Plaza last year.
