Reston Apartment Complex Snapped Up By DC Developer: Report
Combined Properties reportedly is looking to expand its portfolio with the acquisition.
RESTON, VA -- Combined Properties, a D.C.-based developer, has purchased a garden-style apartment complex in Reston and appears likely to make similar buys in the future, according to a report.
Washington Business Journal reports that Combined purchased Reston Glen, a 200-unit complex at 12265 Laurel Glade Court. The sale closed for $40.6 million in May, and the complex has been renamed Reston Glade.
Reston Glade “enhances and diversifies the residential business lines, as it is an operating complex that has the potential to be upgrades in the future," Combined said in a statement according to the report.
