This important community survey will be open through June 30, 2023, and members can participate by either taking the online survey or using in-person tablet-based stations that will be available at community events, courts and pools from May 1 through June 30. This survey is completely anonymous and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

The insights gathered through this survey will provide the foundation for RA’s planning process, so all members are encouraged to participate in the survey.

One of Reston Association’s missions is to optimize the use of land and investments related to leisure opportunities for our members. A planning process is conducted roughly every 10 years to ensure our parks and recreational facilities and programs are optimally meeting both the current and future needs of residents. As part of that process, RA has hired a market research firm to conduct a quantitative survey to collect your feedback.

The survey will capture the following information:

  • How you are currently using our parks and recreational facilities and programs.

  • How you are, ideally, hoping to use our parks and recreational facilities and programs going forward; and

  • What you think about some potential new related parks and recreational facilities and programs in which RA may consider investing for our shared future.

The insights gathered through this survey will provide the foundation for RA’s planning process, so all members are encouraged to participate in the survey.

If you have any questions about the survey, please email [email protected].
