RV Campsites At Lake Fairfax In Reston Now Open For 2023 Season

The Fairfax County Park Authority is accepting reservations for recreational vehicles and campers at Lake Fairfax Park in Reston.

RESTON, VA — Looking to get away in your camper but you hate driving long distances? Look no further than the Lake Fairfax Campground in Reston for a place close to home where you can unplug from the world and relax.

You can spend the weekend fishing or hop on a bike and explore the park's many trails. You can even hike or bike to the nearby Washington & Old Dominion Trail for longer excursions.

If you're an out of towner, why not park your RV at Lake Fairfax and head over to the nearby Wiehle-Reston East station, where you can access Metro's Silver Line? Many of the region's historic sights and attractions are accessible via Metro.

RV camping is open all year round at Lake Fairfax, which is located at 1400 Lake Fairfax Drive in Reston.

The RV sites are equipped with electrical hookups, with maximum outputs of 50 amps or 30 amps, depending on which site you reserve. The sites do no have water, sewer, or cable connections, but a fill/dump station can be found adjacent to the bath house.
