Through volunteer opportunities, hands-on training, and community projects, we strive to cultivate a sense of responsibility, leadership, and teamwork among young women, preparing them to be the change-makers of tomorrow.

We are now accepting a limited number of applications for our unique pilot program designed for high school young women (Grades 9 -12) in Eastern Fairfax, Alexandria, and Arlington who are passionate about making a community impact and are eager to enhance their leadership and educational skills.
Applications close on Aug. 22.
This meeting will be virtual at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 20.
