Evelyn Rose, Replacement For Bazin's On Church, Holding Ribbon Cutting In Vienna

Evelyn Rose, which Eater DC named one of the DC area's hottest new restaurants, will have a ribbon cutting with the Town of Vienna.

VIENNA, VA — Evelyn Rose, which opened at the start of June in the former Bazin's on Church location, will host a ribbon cutting Wednesday.

The restaurant at 111 Church St NW. in Vienna will have its ribbon cutting and grand opening with the Town of Vienna at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10. The public is invited to attend. Light hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be served.

If you want to dine at Evelyn Rose, you'll have to wait hours after the ribbon cutting. Evelyn Rose will not be open for lunch, but diners can make reservations for dinner.

Evelyn Rose comes from Clarity's Chef Nick Palermo and Sam Schnoebelen, the general manager of DC's the Dabney. The restaurant is named after the owners' grandmothers. Eater DC named Evelyn Rose one of the hottest new restaurants around D.C. for July. The menu rotates on a seasonal basis, with a focus on local ingredients.

Patrick and Julie Bazin's Bazin's on Church, which was open for 18 years, had its last day on April 27.
