Pedestrian Struck In Tysons Shopping Center Parking Lot

Fairfax County Police say a pedestrian has life-threatening injuries from a crash in a parking lot Wednesday.

TYSONS, VA — A pedestrian was struck in a parking lot in Tysons Wednesday, according to Fairfax County Police.

The crash happened at 8389 Leesburg Pike, the site of the Pike 7 Plaza shopping center. The pedestrian, an adult woman, was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The pedestrian remains hospitalized, police said at 4 p.m. Wednesday.

The driver remained on scene. Crash Reconstruction Unit detectives are investigating.
