Rape Suspect Charged For Woodbridge Area Assault: Police
Prince William County Police have located and arrested the wanted suspect on a rape charge.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — Prince William County Police have arrested the suspect in the rape of a juvenile girl in Woodbridge.
Around 12:26 a.m. on Nov. 26, officers responded to a sexual assault report at a home in the 22192 Woodbridge ZIP code. Police say a girl was sexually assaulted by a man in the home, leading a relative to intervene. The suspect fled the home.
Investigations determined the suspect and girl met on a social media app and decided to meet at the home. Detectives identified the suspect as Dimas Alexis Lazo, 26, of College Park, Maryland and obtained arrest warrants for a rape charge.
