Newly opened, The Food Hall at Muckleshoot Casino offers a trio of fast-casual dining destinations to satisfy any craving. Here's a peek at the new offerings:

The Deli: The American delicatessen, reinvented. Big hunger meets its match at The Deli where larger-than-life flavors intersect with modern takes on traditional favorites. Menu selections include The Forager, a ¼ lb. certified Black Angus house-blend steak burger featuring grilled Portobello and beer-braised button mushrooms, sharp white cheddar and bistro sauce; Grown-Up Grilled Cheese, featuring Swiss Gruyère, sharp white cheddar, Beecher’s Flagship cheese, Applewood-smoked bacon and tomatoes on sourdough; and Boozy Shakes featuring Baileys Irish Coffee, Grand Marnier, and more. ($-$$)

Baja Fresh Express: We don’t believe in fast food, only in food that’s FRESH. All of our entrees are made with all natural, hormone-free, fire-grilled chicken, steak, and slow-roasted carnitas. Don’t forget our fresh guacamole and famous salsas made with locally grown, farm-fresh produce. ($)

Manchu WOK: We WOK the talk…guests see it in stores and taste it in the quality of our best-loved recipes from the East. Our menu includes bold flavors, fresh ingredients and Signature Dishes like the irresistible Orange Chicken but are always pleasantly surprised with new additions to our ever-evolving menu that captures the best from Cantonese, Szechwan, Hunan and Mandarin regions.
