$120 Million Brookfield Project Includes Hotels And Apartments

BROOKFIELD, WI — A $120 million redevelopment project is coming to the town of Brookfield.

The project is located at northeast quadrant at the intersection of Bluemound and Barker Roads, according to Wimmer Communities.

The Poplar Creek Town Center will have hotel, retail and residential among other offerings.

The Marriott Center includes two hotels: Courtyard and Residence Inn. Both will offer food services, fitness and business areas as well as an indoor pool.

A 12,000 square feet office space, rooftop lounge and courtyard are also planned.

The ground floor of the center will have 30,000 square feet of retail and dining services.

Five residential buildings will include a residence club which features a fitness area, sundecks, coffee bistro, and billiards room.

“We're excited to expand the Poplar Creek campus to create a truly unique, ‘Live, Work, Play’ neighborhood,” said Nick Wimmer, Vice President of Project Development in a statement. “Our residents, guests, and businesses will enjoy everything they need right outside their front door - from restaurants and shops to walking trails and parks in this New Town community. Poplar Creek Town Center will invigorate the northeast quadrant providing both quality of life and economic benefits to the Town of Brookfield.
