Bomb Threat At Milwaukee City Hall; Nothing Found During Search: Cops

Police said they searched Milwaukee City Hall but found no objects or people after a bomb threat Tuesday evening.

MILWAUKEE, WI β€” Police officers and dogs searched Milwaukee City Hall but found nothing after a bomb threat was made against the building Tuesday evening, according to the Milwaukee Police Department.

Police were called to the 200 East Wells Street building shortly before 8 p.m., police said. Dogs and officers searched the area but found nothing and an investigation continues for unknown suspects, police said.

A spokesperson for the mayor told CBS58 that the threat included "vague locations and city hall specifically."
