Every1In Wellness & Abilities Fair Promises Inspiration & Inclusivity

Sept. 30 event offers impressive lineup of speakers and health education aimed at removing stigmas around mental, physical disabilities

Milwaukee – Everyone knows someone with a disability. More than 20 percent of the U.S. population suffers from one (or more). People with disabilities are the nation’s largest – and most disregarded – minority group.

An inaugural Sept. 30 event aims to explode stigmas around mental and physical disabilities, and open the doors of “inclusion” for this too-long ignored population.

The Every1In Wellness & Abilities Fair, held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Baird Center, 400 W. Wisconsin Ave., will feature 12 speakers, and more than 50 vendors. The unifying theme is improving quality of life for all, whether able-bodied or coping with disabilities.

“This event is unlike any before,” said Jory Pradjinski, founder of event presenter Hope Instilled. “Our goal is to shine the light on people with disabilities, a group with immense potential that has been pushed into the shadows for too long. The tremendous variety of health information available is useful for anyone engaged in health and wellness. There’s something for everyone.”

The Every1In Wellness & Abilities Fair will hopefully ignite a larger movement, Pradjinski said, such as removing inclusivity barriers to those with mental health needs. This population skyrocketed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Its reality should be openly discussed, he said.

The Every1In Wellness & Abilities Fair keynote speaker is Jonathan Heider, a Paralympic swimmer who set numerous American records and won medals in international competition. He explains how to remove external barriers in our lives, and grasp internal components to find motivation for success.

The special featured speaker is Dr. Michael Lenz, an expert on fibromyalgia and other “invisible illnesses,” who details blending lifestyle and medical management for better overall health.

Other presenters will cover a broad range of additional topics: art therapy, chronic pain coaching, music therapy, conquering stress and burnout, overcoming trauma, neuro-associative disruption, senior living support and more. More details are available at www.every1in.com.

Pradjinski is a long-term chronic pain survivor who cheated death several times. He focuses on helping others through Hope Instilled, “an oasis from the darkness of pain.”

Advance tickets are available for the Every1In Wellness & Abilities Fair. Day-of sales will be offered. More information about the event is available at www.every1in.com, or by following the event page on Facebook. The Every1in Youtube channel offers even more original, inspirational content.
