IBAW Hosts Industry Updates for Three Important Wisconsin Sectors

Independent Business Association Wisconsin Presents Updates on Manufacturing, Construction and Commercial Real Estate

The Independent Business Association of Wisconsin (IBAW) hosts “Industry Update: Manufacturing, Construction, Commercial Real Estate” on Friday, July 21, 2023, 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Event will be held at the Wisconsin Club, 900 W Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wis. A plated breakfast is served.

This month we’ll take a look inside three important Wisconsin sectors: manufacturing, construction, and commercial real estate. IBAW director, Steve Kohlmann, will go one-on-one with leaders in these sectors discussing everything from how business is in general to specific questions such as supply chain, inflationary issues, employment challenges as well as short term/long term outlooks.

Steve Kohlmann, executive director of IBAW, said, “Join us for a look inside three important Wisconsin sectors and learn what each is experiencing, the challenges they face, and the short and long term outlook for each.”

Panelists are Jake van der Kooy, CEO, Benz Metal; Ken Krahe, president, MSI Construction; and, Tracy Johnson, CEO, CARW.

Since 1973, the Independent Business Association of Wisconsin (IBAW) was formed for small business owners to engage in conversation relating to legislation impacting the bottom-line costs of businesses throughout Wisconsin. IBAW is a venue for high-level CEOs, CFOs, COOs, other upper management and entrepreneurs to network, exchange business ideas, and become educated and involved on issues which impact their business.
