MILWAUKEE — If you were expecting winter to make some sort of last-minute arrival in March, don't hold your breath. The latest mid-range forecast from the National Weather Service shows that more heat is on the way.
Forecasters are about 80 percent certain that Wisconsin, along with Minnesota, Michigan, and much of the Northeast, will see above-normal temperatures.
