Helping people make sense of the polices, so they understand what they are purchasing for coverages and making sure it fits their needs and wants. I want everyone to leave knowing they have the right policy and coverages, plus understand what they have...
What’s something you wish everyone knew about insurance?
Every company is different in what they offer, not all policies read the same. coverage will be different from carrier to carrier...
What's something you wish everyone knew about working with a local agent?
What we can do for them and offer them. when you get someone that is trained and knows the right questions quick and state laws for coverages. Not everyone does things the same way or even knows the proper coverages. call center wants to be quick on the phone and move on. local agent will take time to get to know the client and their needs

Find agent that has been in the business for a while and understands the companies they represent and policies they sell, not everyone knows what they're selling.
