Former Red Dot In Wauwatosa For Sale Years After Fire

WAUWATOSA, WI — A fire shut down the Red Dot bar and restaurant in Wauwatosa in 2018, and now the property is for sale. The restaurant is at 6715 W. North Ave.

Colliers International listed two buildings at 6707 and 6715 W. North Ave., which housed the restaurant and a laundromat. The asking price for the 0.41-acre property is $1.1 million.

The restaurant's former owners, Anthony Lampasona and Martin Beaudoin, submitted plans to demolish and redevelop the site into a three-story, mixed-use building with residential units and retail space in 2018. The plan never came to fruition, according to online city documents.
