Electronic Address Sequencing (EAS)

EAS provides an electronic option for processing address files for sequencing and/or qualification for Computerized Delivery Sequence (CDS).

Who is EAS for?

EAS is a service provided to mailers who have address lists containing at least 90 percent – but not greater than 110 percent – of the total possible deliveries in a 5-digit ZIP Code™.

Electronic Address Sequencing (EAS) Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF)

A mailer or a party acting on behalf of a mailer (Mailer), who submits an address list to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for Level 3 Address Sequencing Service must complete the this processing acknowledgement form (PAF).
