The Little Gardens Club will host its 25th annual garden tour of Atlantic County from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
The tour will start at the Linwood Arboretum before visiting three gardens in Northfield belonging to Sharon and Sanford Leavy, Suzanne Newman, and William and Marilyn Stewart.
The Stewarts’ garden has appeared on the covers of Better Homes and Gardens, Women’s Day, and Garden and Deck magazines. Newman has spent 38 years reclaiming a once neglected yard and making it a home for native plants that support pollinators and wildlife.
Attendees will then travel to Egg Harbor Township to visit three more gardens on Shady Oak Drive, Somers Point Road and Ridge Road.
The last stop of the tour will be Stephannie Brower’s garden on Curran Drive in Absecon.
Tickets are $15 and available at the Linwood Arboretum, Lang’s Garden Market in Linwood, Joe’s Garden Center in Absecon, and Bob’s Garden Center in Egg Harbor Township.
