RHP Brett Kennedy (Atlantic City), 29, is pitching for the Louisville Bats (Cincinnati Reds). On Monday, he was moved from the 7-day injured list to the 60-day IL. He has been on the IL since June 15 with an undisclosed injury, his last appearance coming June 13. Through 10 starts in Triple-A, he was 1-6 with a 7.74 ERA and 34 strikeouts in 43 innings.
Through 152 minor league games (132 starts), Kennedy was 40-44 with a 4.34 ERA and 621 strikeouts in 655 1/3 innings. ... Kennedy has made 11 career major league appearances (eight starts), going 2-2 with a 6.65 ERA and 27 strikeouts in 44 2/3 innings. ... The Brigantine resident was drafted in the 11th round by the San Diego Padres in 2015.

IF Buddy Kennedy (Millville), 25, is playing for the Lehigh Valley IronPigs (Philadelphia Phillies). He hit a walk-off two-run homer in Lehigh’s 4-2 win over the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders on Wednesday. In 59 games with the Toledo Mud Hens (Detroit Tigers) and IronPigs, he was hitting .269 (58 for 216) with 20 doubles, eight homers, 44 runs and 30 RBIs. He entered Friday having reached base safely in all 20 games he’s played in for Lehigh.

Stashak made his major league debut in 2019 and pitched in parts of four seasons with the Minnesota Twins. In 55 appearances (one start), he was 4-1 with a 4.13 ERA and 83 strikeouts in 72 innings. ... Double-A
RHP Sean Mooney (Ocean City), 26, was assigned to the Wichita Wind Surge (Minnesota Twins) and placed on the 60-day injured list to start the season. He had right rotator cuff surgery in the offseason and could return later this year.
In 40 career games (27 starts), he is 2-6 with a 3.18 ERA and 166 strikeouts in 110 1/3 innings. He was selected in the 12th round of the 2019 draft.
RHP Chase Petty (Mainland Regional), 21, is pitching for the Chattanooga Lookouts (Cincinnati Reds). Through 15 starts, he was 6-2 with a 5.16 ERA and 63 strikeouts in 66 1/3 innings.

Petty is the No. 6 prospect in the organization, according to MLB.com. ... In 60 career games (54 starts), Petty was 7-10 with a 3.48 ERA and 231 strikeouts in 237 2/3 innings. ... He was selected 26th overall in the 2021 draft by the Minnesota Twins.
High-A
SS Josh Hood (St. Augustine Prep), 23, is playing for the Everett AquaSox (Seattle Mariners). In 73 games, he was hitting .247 (68 for 275) with 15 doubles, two triples, nine home runs, 39 RBIs and 50 runs. He had stolen 18 bases on 21 attempts.
In 195 career games, he was hitting .260 with 35 doubles, five triples, 22 homers, 110 RBIs and 38 stolen bases. Hood, from Vineland, was selected in the sixth round of the 2022 draft.
Single-A
LHP Noah Dean (Pinelands Regional), 23, is pitching for the Salem Red Sox (Boston Red Sox). Through 13 games (11 starts), he was 2-2 with a 3.38 ERA and 73 strikeouts in 53 1/3 innings. In his last outing Wednesday, he allowed two runs, one earned, and struck out seven in five innings in the no-decision.
In 34 career games (28 starts), Dean was 4-10 with a 4.95 ERA and 159 strikeouts in 116 1/3 innings. ... He was chosen in the fifth round of the 2022 draft by Boston.
