Samsung Pay
Money deducted from my bank account through Samsung wallet upi but not confirmed by merchant and not returned to my account and this happened to me two times and its been a two month and showing your resolution is in progress.
If anyone knows the genuine solution of this and how can i contact with Samsung walllet customer care service please reply me.
People who give useless likes please please stay away if anyone knows genuine solution reply then only

UPI services are provided by Axis bank BHIM UPI and not samsung directly so there is not much samsung can meddle with. You can contact samsung support. You may raise a query of any particular payment where you can select your issue and it usually gets settled in 3-4 days (or so I'm told)
Try raising these queries for now to get the transactions settled.
Apart from that I'll suggest trying to reinstall the app itself.1721113388046.jpg
