    Summary: What is simple, is the best. I absolutely can figure out the tool if I can just spend 2 or 3 days exploring it. This is absolutely incredible and helps us enjoy the whole experience.

    Positive: User friendly and easy to use KMS where you don't actually need a technician. loved the varied amount of tutorial videos which made it very easy to establish an understanding of new opportunities in growing a new company. Alongside this, the customer optimization allowed me to customize my experience, allowing a personalized touch that is not readily available on similar sites.

    Summary: I like the support and they are very quick respond. They are very knowledgeable and very supportive. Product is really good.

    Positive: Since most of our existing documentation is in Word it saved a great deal of time to simply import them instead of recreating from scratch.

Document 360 is user friendly where we can find all the options in same page. We rarely search for any options. This is a wonderful software which makes our life easier. Once we switched into Document 360, we never go away.
