Dr. Roach is a registered dietitian with a passion for health promotion, particularly in the area of obesity prevention.  She is an experienced teacher and has taught in higher education for the past 28 years utilizing a variety of modalities.  Dr. Roach has been working as an adjunct faculty member at Tulane since 2011.  Dr. Roach has a variety of clinical nutrition experience and also enjoys working with public health promotion programs in the areas of monitoring and evaluation.  She believes that through such processes better outcomes can be achieved.
