Amazing. The first time it took me one full day from zero knowledge to having my tiny apartment of 41 square meters reproduced with its real measures, including its furniture and appliances. I also started creating a video tour of 40 seconds at 4k resolution, and let it go during the night. The next day it was ready with amazing results. At 4k it took ten hours, but at very low resolution, for testing, took one minute. I gave 5 stars also for the "ease", because we cannot expect to learn such amazing features in less than a day. I just googled for it, and immediately found the answers. Thanks to all the developers and the users that create and maintain this treasure, and support it with documentation. I run it on Linux Fedora, but I think it works everywhere.

Does not work with my HP EliteBook 8440p and the Intel HD graphics card (1600x900). I think the program was probably developed for old devices with 640x480, i.e. kindergartens and retirement homes.

I wish there were more Software like this one in different fields, such as3D Moulding. The Creators are indeed very Innovative. I Love it!

I run a small Linux distro which runs in ram. I searched far and wide to find something I could use to design a new "unique" building for our non-profit. This fit the ticket perfectly. It only took me a day or so to get used to it, and everyone on the forum was incredibly helpful. I have started making models to fit my needs since I am working with hexagons and this program makes it a breeze. I haven't found a problem that has not been answered through a search. I can't thank you enough.

We were building a new home so I searched around for free CAD-type software, and found this one. I did look at a few others and did download one from NCH, but found them either too complex or too limiting .... or too expensive. I only wish that I had found this earlier so that when I submitted my drawings to the draftsman they would have been a little more robust. I've had to do some work arounds for furniture that wasn't available (and I haven't ventured to creating any yet), but generally I've been very impressed with this software ... reasonably simple to use but with lots of features. There are a couple of things that I wish it had, but I understand they have been requested and denied for several reasons. One would be the ability to see dimensions from different perspectives, such as from the inside or outside of a wall so that you can more easily see a space's dimensions. The other is to create walls with starting elevations, much like furniture. (An example would be a buildout above cabinets etc.) While you can work around this by putting a door frame into a wall, it's a bit cludgy as it is harder to visually position it ... but, all-in-all, I'm very impressed.

Had to make an account just to say: "I LOVE THE LINCENSE AGREEMENT!" That said, and obviously I have just started using this software. I have been looking for an affordable and useful version of a certain computer aided design program, since I got out of architecture classes in 2009. This is by far the best I have found. If you are looking for a replacement for a certain computer aided design program, to plan out your ideas, this is it. It may not have the exact furniture you are using but being able to change the dimensions of the included assets, allows you to make placeholders. All the functions I have looked for are easy to find, easy to use, and include tooltips for beginners or those of us that have forgotten more than we remember from a class a decade ago.

I'm in the electrical industry where i create 3D floorplans of buildings and put them in graphics on a BMS where the client/commissioning tech can view these. Very easy to use! Very easy to create simple, but yet complex floorplans

If it wasn't for the somehow not so modern 3d models used with the program, I would rate this 3D home design program a 5+ star feedback (just joking). For an individual that wants an easy to understand and use 3D home design product, this is the one to go for. Thank you SH3D and EP for all the effort you've put in this project and for sharing this with us for free. PS. I have to say that I hadn't had any bloatware installed in my system along with the program, as per other users' feedback. Just to let you know.

Useful to visualise homes you have visited and measured to see if you can live in them. Excellent for designing changes to a home structure and identify structural parts you must not change. The only free program I found that I could use to tile a bathroom and view actual tile patterns screen captured from website with a lot of effort it is very capable. With a little effort you can get a rough idea. I did not need any support the program is intuitive and adding the libraries was a breeze and necessary. I use it on Linux opensuse Leap (2023 version)
