Having owned many tech backpacks, it's fair to say that this is so far the best!!! I it has everything I need, recycled materials, comfortable, easy access, and it stands up on its own. This has now replaced my Peak Designs Everyday backpack (£250!!!) - gotta say, the Three Peaks Commuter 22L is FAR BETTER.

I commute via train and underground twice a week, the journey takes ~2 hours. I was after a commuter backpack as my previous 'laptop backpack' was too big and bulky. I have learned to pack light, or lighter, compared to my previous bag, as there isn't as much room, but that is by design and I am very happy with the commuter 22L. I like the slim profile and it's very comfortable over long distances.

I can still fit my MacBook, iPad, cables and lunch box (Three Peaks GBR Lunchbox) and other accessories in this bag.

It's also the perfect size for overnights away, including under the seat in front of you on an EasyJet and KLM flight!

Put simply, If you commute, or have the occasional overnight stay for work, buy this bag!

Bought primarily as a carry-on cabin bag for a flight and it was the ideal size. The additional little small zipped bag I got for inside it was perfect for chargers, earphones, ipods etc. The bag is really well made and keeps it's shape, and the secret pocket was great for cash/passports on days out. Really pleased all round.

I often travel overnight to London and this bag is proving ideal for that. It has space for overnight items (for which I already had a ‘packing cube’ that fits perfectly in the bottom of the bag) and then also some great internal pockets for finding work items easily. I also like the external and internal colours. The bag stands rigidly upright so unzipping the top doesn’t result in bag collapse, which is nice and keeps things sorted. I agree with another commenter that the tiny side pockets are odd - if it got rained on a lot surely water will go into them? - and they’re too small for a water bottle/travel mug. But I have a non-leak Contigo mug so that goes inside. And as it’s a ‘commuter’ rather than ‘hiking’ bag I’m not too bothered. I would like the charging cord on the inside to be removable but as far as I can see it’s not. Finally, I looked particularly for a company with good person and planet ethics and they seem to be good on that score too, at least according to their website.
