Bio:
Lauren is an associate in the Product, Data & Technology Practice, based in Los Angeles.
Prior to joining True, she worked as an associate at Paradigm Search (acquired by True, 2024), a boutique executive search firm where she focused on engineering and product leadership searches for VC-backed and public companies.
Lauren attended the University of Virginia where she majored in media studies and captained the varsity volleyball team. She is originally from the South Bay of Los Angeles and in her free time enjoys playing beach volleyball, cooking new recipes and exploring coffee shops around the city.
