A peculiar piece of footage from Finland shows a veritable flotilla of flickering UFOs floating through the sky over a city. The weird scene was filmed last month in the community of Tampere by a witness who subsequently reported the sighting to the Finnish UFO Research Association. The individual who observed the curious cluster of flashing objects observed that they appeared to be "swirling" in the sky for "several minutes" near a storm cloud. Beyond that, the witness offered little in the way of insight into the weird event, though thankfully they dutifully reported it to researchers.
