Popaholics, you're going to love what I've stumbled upon this morning. It's good, it's gross, and it may just be too much to watch with your morning coffee. But before we begin, I have to warn you: Things are about to get graphic.

Ready? Let's proceed.

Shoutout to the DailyMail for finding this gem of a pop: After living with a quarter-size, four-year-old bump — which, we're assuming is actually a deep-rooted cyst — in the middle of his cheek, Wade Powell finally decided to let his wife, Khristina, ease his pain. How, you ask? By slightly lancing the lump and giving it a firm, hard squeeze.

In the one-minute clip, Khristina is shown squeezing the bump — nails and all — in an effort to extract whatever's been living in there for four-plus years. And soon after the initial struggle, Khristina, who we're dubbing as maybe, possibly, the bravest woman of the year, manages to extract the lump. The result? A stream of icky, yellow-colored pus that slowly oozes onto Wade's cheek. Luckily, following the extraction, Wade was left virtually pain- and lump-free. Sweet success!

While completely stomach-churning (and slightly satisfying, TBH), the entire popping process should be a reminder to stop the popping. But because we know you'll still pop — no matter how many times we politely ask you not to — here's some sound advice from dermatologist Sandra Lee, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, on how to clean your just-popped spot.

"I usually try to dry it up a little bit with a topical acne spot treatment with a little benzoyl peroxide or an antibiotic in it," says Lee. "And then leave it alone. The less you touch it, the more it will calm down. You can even use a little ice on the area to help it calm down."
