Allure Cover Girl Olivia Munn's Beauty Secrets

Finding an actress who's smart, sexy, low-maintenance, and refreshingly unguarded is about as rare as winning the lottery. And yet, Olivia Munn is all those things. Case in point: In her first Allure interview—out now in our May issue—she tells a wild story involving vodka, strippers, and P. Diddy (is that still what we're calling him?); opens up about bullying; and admits to having dandruff. Here, her beauty secrets:

The skin-care product she can't live without: "Right now, it's Proactiv Dark Spot Corrector. [Munn is a spokeswoman for the company.] I had this cystic outbreak not that long ago, and I got these scars on my face and neck. So I keep it with me."

Her favorite makeup products: "The Diorshow Brow Styler. The color is perfect, and it comes with an eyebrow brush. And Julie Hewett's shimmer highlighter for my cheekbones and eyes. Even when you're wearing nothing, it makes you look like you're wearing something."

The hair product she always uses: "I use Pantene shampoo. I don't have dry hair, but [I use it] in the summer for dandruff."

Her worst hair mistake: "Somebody put my hair over one side of my eye. Whenever anybody tries to do something too extreme, I look like the daughter from The Incredibles."

Her worst makeup mistake: "Putting on too much blush. I like blush, and sometimes I can do that Bridget Jones thing where you're like, 'Oh, this is great,' and you walk out and you're like, 'No.' "

Best trick she's learned from a makeup artist: "Putting concealer underneath your nose. [She points to the area around her nostrils.] Most women don't do that, but it just takes years off."

The part of her beauty routine she'd never let her boyfriend witness: "I would never let my man see me shave. I just don't think that you ever look like you're in a nice position."
