• Free delivery on first order (the "Offer") applies to the Free Delivery option and excludes other delivery options such as One-Day Delivery, Same-Day Delivery, Standard Delivery, Nominated Day Delivery. For further info on Delivery Rates & Times, please click here.
• The Offer applies only to items dispatched by Amazon ("Qualifying Items"), excluding orders dispatched through Amazon Pantry, Prime Now, Amazon Fresh and Amazon Business.
• Items which are dispatched by Amazon.co.uk can be identified by the messages "Fulfilled by Amazon" or "Dispatched from and sold by Amazon" on the product detail page.
• The Offer is only valid on orders dispatched to addresses within the UK or the Republic of Ireland.
• The Offer cannot be redeemed on products sold by Amazon US, at any of Amazon.co.uk Trusted Partner sites or at any other Amazon site, for example Amazon.com, Amazon.de, Amazon.es, Amazon.fr or Amazon.it.
• The Offer only applies to customers who have created an Amazon account and have not previously made an order on Amazon. Customers who have previously made an order on Amazon (including AmazonPantry, AmazonFresh, AmazonPrime, Digital, Prime Now and Amazon Business), regardless of whether the item has been sold by Amazon or a third party seller, are not eligible to take advantage of the Offer.
• Each eligible Amazon customer can claim a maximum of one Offer. Eligible customers who cancel their first order before delivery can claim the Offer on their next qualifying purchase.
• The Offer cannot be transferred to another customer account.
• To take advantage of the Offer:

  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Select the 'Free Delivery on first order' option.
  4. Complete your purchase.
