This is such a powerful book. You can tell that this has been written from Kirstys soul. Every woman should read this. This is a book that realigns you with your purpose, and why you’re meant to be here. Each chapter is beautiful, introducing you to goddesses, rituals and ways to heal. You can read it all in one go, but I’ve decided to read through it once and then come back and spend a month at a time working deeply with each chapter. It’s certainly not a book you read just once.

This book really connected to my heart and where I felt at home. I found the in-depth guide about menstrual cycles linked to the moon and menopause extremely interesting and equally fascinating!
A must for anyone who is interested in spirituality, and who wants to find their purpose in the world.
