Yesterday, I received my Ninja Air Fryer, but it didn't include a manual or instructions on cooking times. When I used it today for the first time, I set it to 180°C for 15 minutes, as I saw on YouTube and burned the first batch of sausages. One side was baked, while the other was raw. I turned them and cooked them for an additional 10 minutes, but they burned. Cooking without proper guidelines is frustrating. The temperature seems to work well, but without the guidelines, it is useless. Additionally, I couldn't find the seller's contact details to address this issue before leaving a review. I also expected two separate containers, but there is only one with a divider in the middle. It was very expensive, so I'm very disappointed.
