Everyone I know has one of these, and its taken me a while to join the club! I wish I had bought one sooner. I love the versatility of the huge drawer. I can cook a large chicken in there. I made chips the other day for the first time - they were absolutely delicious - and not dripping in oil. I used around a teaspoon of oil for two large potatoes cut into chips. I did part boil the chips for 5 minutes before putting into the fryer. I am not very 'technical' but the fryer is so easy to use, even the two sides with different temperatures and timings. It would need to be easy for me to use!! I love it!
