Firstly the product, it's bigger than expected but that's not a bad thing as it offers good support. Ultimately, it's a bean bag with arm rests so moulds to your position and supports your arms. It's great if you're proped up in bed watching TV or on the laptop as it beats stuffing a load of pillows behind your back.
Now for delivery. It was ordered as a Xmas present and due to arrive on 21 December. It didn't and when I checked, DPD had rejected delivery because the address supplied was incomplete. Not DPD's fault as the driver would've had to have special powers to find: "Flat A, London". After going round in circles by contacting Amazon, DPD and the supplier, all of who offered no solution, I had to download the DPD app so I could set up a profile with my full address.
