Having tried the more expensive models and been disappointed I decided to give this budget trimmer a go. First impression is that this is a cheap entry low tech model which would be a waste of money - wrong
This model performs far better than its expensive cousins. The reason it works so well is that it uses a fairly old tech trimmer blade and not the shaving foil you get in the premium models, the result is that you get a smooth close trim without nicks, cuts or shaving rash - which you get with the foil models. Power source is one AA battery which lasts ages and gives more than enough power to cut through the thickest jungle. The benefit of battery power is when it runs out you do not have to wait hours for a recharge.
This trimmer will work underarm, all over body and undercarriage but not on the face. I found the secret of not pressing too hard, if you do the trimmer will not cut.
