I have all of Kirsty's books which are always written in a Down to Earth way and this book is no exception. Being part of her Lunar Living membership for the past 12 months I have got to witness Kirsty as a real human being and I feel this book is written from entirely that space. The information, practices and activities shared are simple and practical and can easily be slotted in to modern life. It's a real gift that Kirsty has of being able to make the magical and the mystical easily accessible and she has certainly done that here. For anyone interested in learning more about the astrological seasons, the sabbats/equinoxes/solstices or wants to know how to work with these energies in a modern and practical way this is the book for you
