Always used to weigh myself in stones & lbs & get disheartened when the scale didn’t seem to go down much. Now I weigh myself in kgs I can see that I am making progress, no matter how small. It’s great this scale shows you it’s fat you are losing & not just water, even shows you your metabolic age
