Electric Toothbrush completely failed after 20 months. Toothbrush developed a rattle after 12 months then failed to engage brush 8 months later. Went straight into bin.
I have always been a fan of Philips products over the years but this one did not have the quality I have come to expect. This seems to be an issue mentioned in other reviews so not a lone case.
Buyer beware.
