I found this book very interesting, I love the fact that the moon can have such an influence on our emotions and reactions to things. It's fun to read about the different zodiacs and what sort of life circumstances we should be focusing on or avoiding at that time.

Anything that can help improve mindset and positivity is a good thing in my book.

Think the physical copy would be better

I think as a kindle edition, this probably isn't ideal. Think the physical copy would be a lot better to dip in and out of, specifically for dates etc. But it was a good and informative read. But will need the hard copy for future help and reference

I have to say that given the hype surrounding this book, reading the reviews etc, I was keen to give it a read. But at £9 for a kindle version from an author I'm unfamiliar with was a bit steep. As luck would have it, it came up on offer at 99p.
I'm pleased that I didn't pay full whack.
If you're new to working with the lunar cycle, or a complete novice at anything spiritual, then it's likely a good starting point. But even then, perhaps still a little basic and would leave you hunting for another book to fill out the knowledge.
I'd say it's suited to a young audience, someone who may need a little more of a gentle introduction to working with the lunar cycle.
I really wanted to give it more stars, but I'm afraid it's not to be.

The pages of the book have fallen out . From page 9 onwards. Quality is dhocking

Not the friendly group it's advertised to be.

The book is a journal to work through around the lunar cycle, the book itself seems cheaply made thin paper etc. You won't learn anything here that you can't learn for free elsewhere. The lunar living group that you're also sold a minimum of 6 months too is also not the supportive group it's sold to be. Kirsty barely
posts or communicates with members on the private group, she doesn't answer questions on the lives from the chat even when she asks for questions and then on top of the membership you have to pay even more for the yoga/meditation sessions. I fear Kirsty may have had good intentions when she started this but now I feel it's all about the money for her now and not about her members or teaching the lunar way of living. This is my personal experience with her book and her membership.

People like Kirsty here have stolen a sacred, ancient Asian practice and turned it into a commodity that is mass marketed under the delusion that it still holds its sacred value.
Kirsty is just marketing stolen ideas so she can make a quick quid. AVOID THIS BOOK AND AVOID THIS FRAUD.
What Kirsty is ‘teaching’ you here is commercialism and whitewashed nonsense.
