Stopped working within a year. Was happy that there was customer service number included in the package and a one year warranty. Contacted customer service for a refund or replacement. No reply. Poor

When I write a review I always give my opinion of how I found it, so many people say this is awful do not buy or this is great, this is my opinion on how I found it, I am not saying buy it this is just how I found it.
To begin with, it was really for my private area but I thought I would test it on my underarm hair first as I guessed if it was bad, I'd rather a nasty cut under my arms than elsewhere.
What I learned quickly is two things, 1 follow the instructions on how to cut the hair or you will be in pain, 2. The blade is sharp. I tried it on my underarm hair and I learnt one of the key factors is dont go too close to the skin just enough to remove the hair if you go too close too the skin you will bleed, just a nick but enough to be sore.
Onto the private area, the advice about stretching the skin on both of your area as I am hairy on both is crucial but it did the job perfectly and without pain but again dont go too close as you will bleed as I found out, my advice is try skimming rather than pressing against the skin, if you need to go nearer go nearer but again remember the blade is sharp.
Overall my experience was great I had no problem with battery life but to be fair I charged mine about 6 hours. When shaving I used the slow speed, it was a mixture of nerves and I wasn't going to rush shaving down there. The size was great, it fit in my hand and was easy to control., it was very accurate but remember to follow the instructions on how to cut, it is a sharp blade, it does the job but used incorrectly or too close too the skin you will bleed.
